We Are Big Losers

Last night on The biggest loser finale show, they advertised that for the new year, they will be having a “biggest loser million pound challenge”.

 This means they are challenging America to lose one million pounds in 2008.  Well, I am taking them up on this offer!  I always love a challenge and knowing there will be millions of people joining as well, gives me the motivation to do this.

 The Biggest Loser Couples show premieres on New Years Day!  I will be following the show and using the show for my motivation as I continue on the challenge.  The show will be on Tuesdays 8/7 c on NBC.  I’m hoping to lose at least 50 lbs, maybe more.    After seen the finale last night, if those contestants can do it, so can I!
