Nutburgers

1 cup rice
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup minced onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
3 stalks chopped celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp basil
2 tsps curry powder

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Drop batter into patties in hot olive oil in skillet. Cook until golden brown. Serve on burger bun with lettuce, tomato and onion. Makes about 7 burgers
