I’ve created this site to hopefully provide alot of weight loss and healthy eating information.  There are so many diet plans out there and I’d like to find them all so that others can have a choice on what weight loss plan would be for them.

Everyone is different, so everyone’s weight loss programs will be different.  I myself have lost 30 lbs on the atkins program, and just recently (after quitting a very physical job) gained alot of it back so I am now doing the weight watchers plan. 

I would like to list alot of the foods and recipes that I have tried and enjoyed while being on the weight watchers plan.  Maybe others can get some good ideas from what the see here.
